Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bhopal. You will work on cutting-edge projects for US-based clients, building scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in shaping our technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Angular, Node.js, Express, and Python
• Architect scalable, secure, and performant solutions for enterprise clients
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and database systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
• Strong proficiency in React.js or Angular for frontend development
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express, Python, or Java/Spring
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or FastAPI
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration in web applications
• AWS or Azure certification
• Experience working with US-based clients across time zones
