About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to assist our business development efforts. You will work closely with the sales leadership to generate leads, prepare proposals, manage client communications, and maintain CRM systems. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for IT services and a knack for building client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Research and generate qualified leads for IT service offerings
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for client pitches
  • Manage and update CRM systems with lead and opportunity data
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate project estimates
  • Handle initial client communications via email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Track sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and report on progress
  • Assist in organizing webinars, demos, and client meetings
  • Support contract preparation and renewal processes

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or account management
  • Understanding of IT services, software development, and cloud solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in US EST hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to US or international clients
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodology
