Marketing Specialist (Night Shift)

About the Role

Unicodez is a US-based IT and Software Development company with operations in India. We specialize in providing cutting-edge IT services, product development, and consulting solutions to global clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Bhopal office on a night shift (US-based shift).

Responsibilities

• Engage with US vendors and clients through calls and emails to build strong business relationships
• Generate qualified leads for IT consulting projects in the US market
• Maintain and update CRM with vendor/client interactions and progress reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies
• Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and project acquisition
• Identify and secure IT project opportunities

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in US IT staffing, marketing, or lead generation
• Must have completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or any related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working in night shift (US-based shift)
• Ability to work from the Bhopal office (Work from Office is mandatory)
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and performance targets

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in US IT staffing or consulting industry
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Knowledge of IT consulting and business development processes
