Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for production use cases
• Build NLP pipelines, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics systems
• Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications
• Design data pipelines for model training, validation, and inference
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and implement retraining pipelines
• Stay current with AI/ML research and evaluate new techniques for practical application
• Document model architectures, training procedures, and performance metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Understanding of ML model deployment and MLOps practices
• Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
• Strong mathematical foundations in statistics and linear algebra

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers library
• Experience with real-time inference systems
• Published research or open-source ML contributions
