About the Role
We are looking for an Admin & Account Executive to manage office operations and basic accounting functions. You will handle vendor management, invoicing, expense tracking, office supplies, and administrative tasks that keep our Bhopal office running smoothly. This role is essential for supporting our growing team and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility management
- Handle vendor relationships, procurement, and contract management
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly reconciliation
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
- Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Support HR with onboarding logistics, travel arrangements, and event coordination
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, receipts, and business documents
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in office administration or accounts management
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- B.Com or M.Com degree
- Experience in an IT/software company
- Knowledge of GST compliance and tax filing
